Butter
Red chilli pepper
Red pepper
Bag of mixed salad leaves
Caerphilly cheese
Gently fry some sliced leek in a little bit of butter and add a small amount of red chilli pepper (the fiery twist!).
Slice a red pepper and add to the leeks and chilli pepper mix.
Arrange a pack of mixed salad leaves in a bowl and place the leeks and chilli pepper and the red peppers on top.
Crumble some Welsh Caerphilly cheese on top.
