Sweet Honey and Mustard Dressing

Classic Balsamic Dressing

Low fat hot and sour

Whisk together 4tbsp rice wine vinegar, 4tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce and 2tbsp sesame oil.

Orange and Poppy Seed

Whisk together the juice of 2 large oranges, 1tsp runny honey, 2tsp Dijon mustard, 2tbsp cider vinegar, 4tbsp olive oil, 1tsp poppy seeds and seasoning to taste.

Mediterranean dressing

Whisk together 4bsp olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1tbsp tomato puree and seasoning to taste. Then stir in 2 finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Balsamic dressing

Whisk together 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 5tbsp of olive oil, 1tbsp Dijon mustard and 1 crushed clove of garlic.

Fat free Oriental dressing

Whisk together 1tsp finely chopped fresh root ginger, 3tbsp mirin*, 1bsp dark brown sugar, 4tbsp soy sauce.

*NB: If mirin is not available, sherry can be used as an alternative
